we have what amounts to
let my people go
plaintive – abstracted
i cough harlequins of wonder
jugglers of indefinite truths
exits entrances & implications
the why of the wherefore
the wherefore of the X Y & Z
red chipped & uncolored the bright
fluorescence of blood
the tiny warmth of a scarred white room
filled with shadows & spots of red
everywhere
stained with shadows
that unlock & unleash themselves
by any means necessary
they cannot be detained or
held in check nor dispersed tho like
hardboiled stained glass egg windows
unrecorded sessions
the cry of dogs
employees & whatever will eventually
disappear into the walls
be penned finalized a case for dissolution
& dissolving into nothing
the chaotic unmoving floor
coughing up secrets to no one
advance light extinguished figure
it will take another species to figure things
out
THIS THING returning extinguished &
coughing out shadows
the interiority of shadows so to speak
offering clemency & release.
