Actaeon Points

ICHNOBATES: We see too late, and from his cramoisy froth will spring —

ACTAEON: Nothing.

ICHNOBATES: I didn't know that you were Actaeon.

ACTAEON: He knew [points]. He knew [points]. And she [points], and he [points], and he [points], and [points], [points], [points]. I begin to think that you knew, in which case...

ICHNOBATES: Finis. We'll never see another —

ACTAEON: In which case, Ichnobates, your behavior is inexcusable.

LACHNE: Actaeon, Ichnobates, who never wronged you.

Tigris and Actaeon

TIGRIS: The hart before us...

ACTAEON: I'll put forth a hand, to ward off...

TIGRIS: Hounds, the hart before us...

ACTAEON: Were there always so many hounds? They note my hand, they close their eyes, they say...

TIGRIS: We dream of Actaeon; the hart before us, we dream of Actaeon.
