unbalanced cells akimbo. retracing the rhizomes for another day, as if there were a map to begin with. the dog barks forward, and the dog barks back; sediment settles, drifts down into blood vessels. paradisia is just a state of errant biology, is a state where the green leaved plantations shed armour. paradisia is the barkentine, Domestic. and we in the longboats row and row.






Jean Vengua lives on the Central Coast of California. She is a book editor, blogger, poet, essayist and painter. Her poems have been published in various journals and anthologies, both online, in print and audio. These include Moria, FUGACITY 05, xStream, Babaylan, Sidereality and Proliferation.
