Ayşegül Tözeren
Ayşegül Tözeren was born in İstanbul, Turkey in 1979. She graduated from İstanbul Medical Faculty in 2005. In the same year, her first visual poem was published in Zinhar magazine. Since then, her visual poems have been seen at Zinhar Galeri, which is the only visual and concrete poetry blog in Turkish. Her work appeared in the third issue of Otoliths and has also appeared at nokturno.org with Finnish textual information. Some of the visual poems that have been published in Otoliths were exhibited in Platforma in December, 2006. One of her vispos, called “Büyü” will appear in the sixth issue of Zinhar magazine.
