Manas Bhattacharya has just graduated from film school and is keeping his fingers crossed. He has recently won an award in the Photography Masters Cup, International Color Photography Awards.
Aria Abraham dreads being photographed. Therefore, among other things, she writes over and around them. Her collaborative work with Manas Bhattacharya has recently appeared and is forthcoming in contemporary Indian art journals, Art Connect and Marg. Her poems have also appeared in The Helix Magazine and in the online journal Crossing Rivers Into Twilight (CRIT).
This work has been produced as part of a larger project supported by the India Foundation for the Arts (IFA), Bangalore.
