another possibility – imagination murdered and reborn      the assassin images
are frozen mesolithic fragments      then images/ideas that sat quietly
on kafka’s fireplace mantle      burned up one day as the unpredictable flames
jumped around      they next appeared at the bottom of walden pond 
soaked dry of utopia      a shard passed from hand to hand      generation to generation
always stone silent      how ancient are the images? where exactly did they come from?
