Johannes Bjerg was born in 1957 in Denmark, which he still calls home. He writes, however, in both Danish and English, which is an important element of his work—mainly haiku and related forms. He is a founder and co-editor of Bones - a journal for contemporary haiku, and is anthologized in A New Resonance 8, (Red Moon Press, 2013).
