Mariapia Fanna Roncoroni

Mariapia Fanna Roncoroni was born in 1925 in Milan. She studied arts in Milan and, during the Second World War, moved to Geneva where she attended the Ecole des Beaux Arts, then to Buenos Aires, where she attended the Academia de Bellas Artes. In 1951 she moved back to Italy and exhibited in Milan. Soon after, many other expositions followed, both in Italy and abroad (in Paris, Vienna, New York, Frankfurt, Buenos Aires, Basel, Barcelona, Düsseldorf, Stockholm, Copenhagen, San Francisco, etc.). In 1995 she was invited to take part in the XLVI Biennale Internazionale d’Arte Contemporanea in Venice.
