Claire Nashar













Born in Sydney, Claire Nashar now lives in Buffalo, New York, where she is a PhD candidate at the State University of New York. She has recently finished a two year term as curator of the Australian Poetry Library. Her poems and an essay have been published in Overland, Cordite Poetry Review and Southerly. She has twice been the recipient of the Henry Lawson Prize for Poetry (2010 and 2012) and was short listed for the 2014 Blake Poetry Prize.
