Piledriver

The star’s
warden’s
hard mountain look-alike

snuffed,
confined to dark in the
latest

movie wheel to Norfolk.

Waiting for somebody:
waiting is fat
& violent,

highway’s a nailed
door.

Think guava boys, think
heaven stores sliding
under stars ninja stars & spokes.

I See A Long Journey

Rust Facts, 2012

You’re like,
                feathered—
snare-haired, like
the whole
world blowing
owls parading or
                nothing-
ness afraid of a sitting
duel.

There’s rotted
wine on
                confessional
TV cubes gone, like
robotic in the rabid
banishment

like a white revolution
unprobed,
a food ploy
like plagues of
hung streets.
