J.J. Campbell
finally saying yes
think of the
love of your
life finally
saying yes
and then
remember
you don’t
live in a
world where
fucking dreams
come true
yet i wake up
each morning
text her hello
and wish her
a great day
i believe most
people tend to
call that insanity
they don’t
understand
that’s the
only fucking
reality i know
like we owned the fucker
once we were
beautiful creatures
parading around
the universe like
we owned the
fucker
eventually,
the truth ruins
everything
doubt destroys
any notion of
success
and all the
beautiful
people
become
rich
and only the
ugly are poor
and lonesome
the coffee
tastes like shit
on this side of
the world
J.J. Campbell (1976 - ?) was raised by wolves but managed to graduate high school with honors.
