Night Vision
Whispers
in her hairbrush
another bite
of your ghost

Squiggles Between
From Dust
Seeds grow into our home
watering the body first
and then the stars

Kimberly Kuchar lives near Austin, Texas, with her husband, son, and pet cockatiel. She mainly writes short-form poetry, including haiku and senryu. Sometimes, she likes to expand the scope of her ideas with the help of predictive text (on her phone keyboard). Some of these absurdist, surreal, and dada-esque poems have been published in dadakuku. Recently, Kimberly bought a digital microscope and took photos of her bird's feathers and some marker scribbles on notebook paper.
